The honor was announced at the NCW Awards Ceremony and Dinner, during the Network Centric Warfare 2009 conference in Washington, D.C. on January 28th.
The NCW Award program was established to honor, recognize and promote initiatives in the U.S. defense industry, which exemplify the principles of network-centric operations.
